This afternoon, the Dartmouth College Library Workers Union Local 603 overwhelmingly ratified their first union contract this afternoon! Today’s overwhelming YES vote is a true testament to the hard work and dedication of the Bargaining Committee and the members to fight for a contract that provides Dartmouth College Library workers with the protections, benefits, and compensation they deserve.

This is not the end—this contract is just the beginning. It's a foundation and a building block for what’s to come as the members of Local 603 work together to achieve even more in the future!
