Council 93 Supports Fight for $15 in New Hampshire

UPDATE 4-4-2022: Press coverage from the May Day Rally with quotes from Council 93 staff LINK

Despite the rain, dozens of supporters, including a number of elected officials, joined the Raise Up NH Coalition last night at Manchester City Hall to call for a $15/hr minimum wage for all public sector workers in Manchester. Council 93 Staff Rep. Bobby Jones spoke on behalf of our members who struggle to provide for themselves and their families and urged the elected officials to raise the minimum wage for all public sector workers in Manchester.

While most union members already make more than $15/hr thanks to their union contract, there are some public sector employees who make less, including Paraprofessionals in Local 298. Take a moment to urge the Manchester Mayor and Board of Aldermen to support a $15/hr Minimum Wage for Manchester public sector workers- https://p2a.co/8l0y6N8...
